In Morocco you’d be laughed out of the bazaar if you put anything less than 20 ingredients in your Ras El Hanout. However, in the USA, it’s uncommon to find one with more than 10. We put so many fresh, organic and authentic ingredients in ours (26), we had to create a custom label for it all to fit on the product. It’s absolutely divine. This is a very potent, impactful mix and you will want to use small amounts when cooking with it. While it is not necessarily hot, it certainly represents spice with some intensity. We also make it fresh, in house in small batches; unlike competitors whose spices can sit in warehouse and on shelves for years after it’s made.
